We were honoured to have His Excellency the Prime Minister of Bhutan as Guest of Honour at the “Salang” ceremony to commemorate the commencement of the works in Thimphu, Bhutan.

Honourable Ministers for IT&C, Education and Labour graced the occasion along with the Speaker of the Assembly.

We have a great deal of work to do between now and mid 2011 when the initial phase is scheduled for completion.
