My son, Fergus, was recounting what his choices had been for his Extra Curricular Activities (ECA) at school and it came as no surprise that he had plumped for football and football on the two available sessions.
Never one to miss an opportunity to apply his imaginative streak, and practice his story telling skills, he told us of a friend at school who had put down three options. Football, Rugby and Rock Climbing. This mythical child had been allocated to the Stuffed Toy Making Class. Having checked with the teacher, I am pleased to know that this was a figment of our little Pinocchio’s imagination. Amusing nonetheless.
