Charles Handy back in the 1990’s flagged the changes coming in the way in which people would work in the future. Lynda Gratton’s The Shift made great reading in 2011 along similar lines.
Will be interesting to review this article in 3-4 years time and see where things have ended up. Certainly, the trend towards more independent individual contractors will continue….
